Safety Lights

Visual Safety Warning Devices

What are Safety Lights?

Halo offers an array of visual alert instruments tailored for diverse forms of material handling equipment. Created to amplify on-site safety measures and heighten pedestrian cognizance of mobile risks, this line of safety illumination devices provides an assortment of solutions. With various visual alerts including spotlight indicators, directional arrows, hazardous area markings, and safety repeaters, the range leverages light as an effective medium for conveying cautionary signals, thereby bolstering overall site security.

Key Features

Spot Light

The Safety Spot Light comprises dual energy-efficient, long-lasting LED lights affixed to material handling equipment, designed to cast a sizable spotlight onto the floor a few meters in the direction of the vehicle’s motion, whether moving forward or in reverse. Serving as a proactive alert to oncoming pedestrians, the light can either remain continuously illuminated or activate upon engaging the direction of travel. Accommodating diverse needs, the product is offered in multiple voltage options and is available in two distinct colors: Blue or Red.

Progressive Spot Light

The Progressive Spot Light features an energy-efficient, durable LED that projects an animated, linearly flashing spot onto the floor several meters in the direction the vehicle is moving (either forward or backward). This dynamic flashing pattern is more effective at capturing the attention of nearby pedestrians compared to a static, non-flashing spotlight. It serves as a preemptive warning to those approaching the vehicle. Designed to meet varied requirements, the product is available in multiple voltage configurations and comes in two color options: Blue or Red.

Progressive Arrow Light

The Safety Arrow Light is equipped with dual, energy-efficient, long-lasting LED lights that are mounted on material handling equipment. These LEDs project a large spotlight onto the floor, several meters in front of the direction the vehicle is headed, be it forward or reverse. The spotlight serves to caution approaching pedestrians, and can either remain consistently illuminated or light up when the vehicle’s direction of travel is activated. To suit diverse electrical requirements, this product comes in various voltage options and is available in either Blue or Red hues.

Danger Zone Light

The Danger Zone Light is designed to maintain a safety buffer between pedestrians and forklifts. By projecting a vivid red or blue line onto the floor, it delineates a boundary that pedestrians should not cross. The distance of this cautionary zone is adjustable according to specific needs, aiding in the prevention of foot injuries and collisions due to rear-end swing. Additionally, the light creates a “No Go Zone” around any piece of material handling equipment, enhancing the safety parameters. To accommodate varying electrical setups, this product is offered in multiple voltage options and comes in two color variants: Blue or Red.

Arc Light

The Arc Light is engineered to establish a safe perimeter between pedestrians and forklifts by projecting a bright, curved blue or red line onto the floor. This adjustable zone serves to deter pedestrians from entering risky areas, thereby helping to avert foot injuries and collisions caused by rear-end swing of the equipment. Additionally, it delineates a “No Go Zone” around any material handling equipment to further enhance safety. To meet various electrical requirements, this product is available in multiple voltage configurations and comes in two color choices: Blue or Red.

Arc + Danger Zone Package

Integrating these two Safety Light solutions forms an expansive ‘U’-shaped safety perimeter at the front (or rear) of the vehicle, casting a bright blue or red zone designed to ward off pedestrians. The combined distance of this exclusionary area can be customized according to specific requirements. This dual-solution approach aids in preventing foot injuries and collisions from rear-end swings, while also demarcating a “No Go Zone” around any material handling equipment. To accommodate a range of electrical setups, this merged product offering is available in multiple voltage options and comes in two color variants: Blue or Red.

LED Safety Projector Light

Optimal for challenging terrains like uneven surfaces, bustling forklift routes, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) areas, and moisture-laden locales where conventional signage falls short, this advanced lighting technology offers both ease of deployment and cost efficiency. Its dynamic projection garners enhanced attention compared to static alternatives. The Smart Trigger feature allows for versatile activation, making it possible to trigger the light using motion sensors, beam break sensors, or manual push buttons. Moreover, the system allows for straightforward customization; you can readily swap out the image projection lens to update the displayed signage as needed.

Vertical Work Light

While many lighting systems offer sporadic illumination, leaving shadowed areas that can be a breeding ground for accidents and subsequent costs, the Vertical Work Light stands as an ingenious remedy to this common problem. Unlike traditional headlights that focus on illuminating specific areas, this advanced lighting solution expands its scope to cover the entire operational zone. Its uniquely crafted semi-circular design ensures that light is uniformly distributed, not just at ground level, but also extending vertically to illuminate elevated shelving units.

This tailored approach to lighting is not just about brightness; it’s also about adaptability. The Vertical Work Light offers the flexibility to adjust its coverage according to the specific needs of any warehouse setting, making it a highly versatile asset in an array of logistical environments. To further refine its user-centric design, the ambient light color has been carefully chosen to reduce glare, a crucial feature that enhances safety by improving the visibility conditions for both oncoming vehicular traffic and pedestrians. Therefore, in an ecosystem where every detail matters, the Vertical Work Light makes a substantial contribution to both safety and operational efficiency.

Front and Rear LED Strip Lights

As an added precaution to the dangers of lift truck operation, these LED strips provide another layer of illumination to the fleet. The LED strips only engage in the direction of travel and are a great tool to catch the attention of potential pedestrians and lift truck operators.
